What is it to live into resilience?

What do we practice to become stronger in change?

What is the role of nourishing ourselves?

How sacred is our nourishment practice?

Resilience comes from Latin resilire ‘to spring back’
Nourish comes from Latin nutrire ‘feed, cherish’.
