Formatting changes

I finally have time to do the little things.
– figure out how to move column widths individually (+ shift)
– how to change the date format in Lion (system preferences, and re-set the same defaults)
– how to set the default font, so I don’t do it every time (select default in the font dialogue).
I can learn the basics. Set up & be in my life. I see the role of safety. I’m slowing down enough to be here & me.
The intimacy of all the things that support me. The little is the hardest, and I’m finally letting her/myself in.
