Exporting Emails

I can’t believe how much letting go I am having to do. Today, again, I go through my next round of exporting and taking whole reams of email folders off of my computer. Papers, institutions, research: I have so much dismantling to do.

Funny, I think I am finally arriving at set of categories that are starting to reflect my life. Today, I also arrive at a yoga pose that gets into my tight right hip with heart opening.

This must be round 4 of dismantling over the last few years. I continue to drill down.

I am amazed how much letting go I am having to do to arrive at a version of me.
