creating a space for nuanced living

“Sensorizing” More of a Practice

I am ‘sensorizing’ more of a practice.  I work with the room, as an external reflection, metaphor, process showing how things are reorganizing.   Its just happens.

Today, I do 2 things – neither on my  To do “Tasks” lists.  I sit in my yellow chair, and I sketch, I sit from your spot, and I take in.. what is it like to sit here as you?  What does the room look like?  What is your experience?  What do you need?  And I come up with a new drawing.  Version 2 of next stage changes, evolving the space…

The high level :

  • You need balance
  • You need light and an anchoring on your side, where you sit and experience things from
  • You need, and I do too, some glass, a place for the preciousness, the organic-ness, profound beauty of what you/i/we are doing.. ideas upper left of the room
  • My work (stuff) interfaces with your/our conversation space.  No books on your side.  Not in your face!   Learning in a way that is more quietly attuned to your own process, and wisdom.  Ideas for where books go.

That feels good and clearer.  And I go back to my day and my manifold activities.

The room…

  • started first as an art studio…
  • then letting out Studio Lamienne’s muse and mystery…
  • then a coaching workshop, simply letting others in ….
  • Now, sensorizing more of a practice…

To me, this sensorizing more of a practice is unfolding: greater acceptance, allowing doing and ‘non-doing’, deepening alignment, listening, moving out of gripping, seeing what comes in relationship.

I deepen my trust…
I change..
And the room changes…
