It helps to work in both spaces.  I don&#8217;t have to pre-decide.  It depends on the day. I can just adapt.  Somedays it just doesn&#8217;t make sense to drive, need the time, need the synergies w\/ home, or I just need to be close or away, maximum connections, comfort.  This is how I scale up or down, now.  My little, but growing studio.
